The Challenge
Kerry has numerous course and initiatives that she manages through Kartra. She needed a way for users to sign up for these and be put into the correct Funnels for administration and marketing processes. The challenge was to create a single process rather than an an automation flow for each use case.
The Solution
Credible used our experience in Make.com and Webflow to craft a solution in a single scenario that understood the inputs of the user and their context across various forms in Kerry's Webflow site.
Understating the context is key to routing the request within Make, through the correct logic points to the Kartra endpoints.
The Outcome
The Scenario (Name given to an automation flow in Make.com) now handles all Kerry's sign up requests as well as newsletter and contact form actions. Its flexible and fast. Crucially it only runs when a form is submitted meaning it keeps costs down. :-)
