Just how secure is my data?

What is the location of the data centre(s) and is this data mirrored at all?

  • Production Site is in Silicon Valley, CA, West Coast of United States. Data is 'mirrored' to a Disaster Recovery site in New Jersey, East Cost of United States.

How often is my data backed up?

  • It is synchronized live with the Disaster Site. Asynchronous backups are made daily and weekly.

What physical security is in place at the data centre?

  • 365 days manned security with layered Physical Security.
  • Entry restricted by 3 layers of two factor authentication.
  • Monitored by night vision camera.
  • Industry standard cooling and fire suppression systems. Redundancy of Power at all levels.

What stops staff from accessing my data?

  • Access is restricted only to limited persons and only on needs basis.
  • All the activities are registered and logged.
  • Physical data centre entry is only for pre-authorized persons (very few in number), for operational purpose.

What network security protects my data?

  •  Guarded by Industry certified firewall and its monitored Live from 24*7*365 manned monitoring centre
