Credible Systems is owned by Sarah Treanor and Mark Thurman

Sarah Treanor

A graduate in Information and Computing from Loughborough in 1995, Sarah started working in IT support At Bae Filton before moving to British Midland the airline based in Castle Donington where she spent several years working on and sucessfully delivering the desktop upgrade for the Y2K project.

A move into Presales and Network design arena with XMA in Nottingham meant her knowledge was extended to cover the full sales/design/delivery lifecycle.

A year in Belgium at the start of 2001 managing the helpdesk for a Multinational European communications organisation followed and with a full suite of services and dedicated team to manage, customer service and satisfaction was high on the agenda.

A return to XMA in Nottingham mid 2002 after travelling in and around Australia for several months expanded her skillset to include project management and several high profile projects with local authorities and schools, increased her market understanding even further.

In 2005 she moved to The Project Network, where she ran the technical project management element of several large desktop upgrades and roll-outs for a major PC manufacturer and several high street bank brands. In February 2009 she joined Credible Systems, as a Business Development and ICT Consultant, where she has been ever since.

Sarah enjoys the sucessful delivery of projects, giving out impartial advice and doesn't like the smoke and mirrors you sometimes see in ICT.

Mark Thurman

Mark came to this career late in life, having gained valuable experience in a variety of other avenues including door to door salesman, fork lift truck driver, carrot stacker (don't ask), lab technician, martial arts instructor,  warehouse operative and railway signalman.

With this eclectic background, a move to an IT Project Management consultancy in 2000 began a phase of opportunity and learning, allowing me to progress through technical positions into project management. 

Career highlights include solution architect role on several IT rollouts > 10,000 seats and responsibility for the Project Management for the Discovery and Reporting team for the 44,000+ desktop rollout for a leading high street bank.

In February 2009 Mark and Sarah formed Credible Systems Ltd offering a variety of services, each wrapped in project management expertise and a genuine desire to help others.

With the growing maturity of cloud based tools and services, a key focus for Credible Systems is in showing that small business can level the playing field and accomplish things in ways that previously only large companies could entertain or afford.
