Data is the lifeblood of a good business, well, data and some sort of income obviously.

We make it or receive it, and then we use it almost without thought. We mix it, slice it, dice it, consume it and bend it to our will for all manner of things from simple stock control measures to heavy statistical analysis. Data is our friend. Data is good. Right up until the point when we cant mix it, or slice it or consume it because of some problem. Then suddenly data is the enemy.
